Requirements
International logistics experience (Mandatory)
Strong leadership skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new international business opportunities, set sales targets, and develop strategies to expand market presence.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with overseas clients and agents to ensure high retention.
Mentor and train sales teams, set performance KPIs, and prepare regular sales reports/forecasts for management.
