We are seeking a highly analytical and performance-oriented Full-stack Marketing Strategist with strong expertise in growth marketing, digital performance campaigns, and funnel automation. The ideal candidate will drive measurable revenue growth, optimize marketing funnels, and implement automation systems to scale operations efficiently.
Note: This is a revenue-focused growth leadership position.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in performance or growth marketing
• MBA in Marketing or relevant field (preferred)
• Certifications in Google Ads / Meta / HubSpot (preferred)
• Strong B2B marketing experience (Logistics preferred)
• Expertise in:
o Google Ads & Analytics
o Meta & LinkedIn Ads
o CRM & Marketing Automation Platforms
o Email Automation & Lead Nurturing
o SEO & Conversion Optimization
• Solid understanding of data analytics & reporting tools
• Experience with marketing tech stack integration
• Knowledge of automation tools (Zapier, N8N, Make, API integrations, etc.)
• Strong ROI mindset and revenue accountability
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities
Performance & Growth Marketing
• Plan and execute ROI-driven campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms
• Optimize CAC, ROAS, CPL, and conversion metrics
• Develop multi-channel B2B lead generation funnels
• Run A/B testing, CRO, and landing page optimization
• Build attribution models and performance dashboards
Marketing Automation & Full-Stack Systems
• Implement CRM/ Agentic AI -driven automation
• Design automated email nurturing workflows
• Integrate marketing tools with ERP and sales systems
• Develop automated reporting dashboards
• Implement retargeting and behavior-triggered campaigns
Funnel & Revenue Optimization
• Map customer journey from awareness to conversion
• Reduce drop-offs across funnel stages
• Improve lead quality for the sales team
• Align marketing efforts with revenue targets
Strategic Growth Initiatives
• Identify new growth channels (SEO, partnerships, affiliate, outbound automation)
• Oversee content strategy aligned with performance metrics
• Collaborate with sales team for pipeline acceleration
• Develop account-based marketing (ABM) strategies for B2B clients
